3 mth old is violent is her sleep?

from 8:30-12:30 everynight she sleeps well. Once she wakes up for that feeding, she is fighting something in her sleep. Her eyes are closed completely, but she is kicking, punching & jerking her head. I have to hold her across my chest keeping her arms and legs stationary in order for her toget any rest, sacrificing my own. At this rate I dont see her sleeping alone or through the night, please help her to be rested in her little body & mind! Ps she just got over severe Colic & Gurd.
