Please reconsider Canadians!?

I know many Canadians see the United States as an ignorant country, but it impossible to say such a thing so generally. The US is so diverse culturally and geographically from region to region, that you might as well call a large group of smaller countries ignorant based on what a few people in one of those countries believe. I am not denying that we have our fair share of idiots, but please don't ociate the word America with knee-jerk patriotism, religious fanaticism, and ultra-conservative fools. These people are out there, but that does not mean they are numerous or spread throughout.
