Has anyone seen this commercial for the drink dispenser?

I saw this commercial for this drink dispenser and I did not get the name of it. It was one that fits on the top of a milk jug, a two liter bottle, or even a juice jar. The advertisement was for two of them and they were around 20 bucks. Please let me know if you know what I am talking about. I have searched the net and I can not seem to track down what I am looking for.
