GRADIENT OF A PERPENDICULAR?- please!!...the gradient is 3/2?.and the answer is -2/3, how did they get this???

well... if the original line has a slope of 3/2, then the perpendicular line always has a slope that is it's opposite reciprocal, which is -2/3. Hope that helps.
