How do you get your inheritance stuff politely?

Well I've been a victim of grabbing of inheritance including my father's and family's residence after his demise. By some unrelated distant relatives. How do I get them out without force. Because I've used legal procedures and they always come back to knock me out and disturb my family life and job.
