Is it possible to love both of them at once? ?

My ex and I broke up a while ago, our relationship didn't last for long, but during our relationship, I loved him so much (Ryan). Before my ex, I dated a guy Wes...And I hurt him alot, but he always forgave me. Wes and I got back together, and I love this guy more than anything, but what I noticed is that every time something goes wrong, the first person my heart seeks to talk to for consultation is Ryan. I don't know if am over Ryan over not...And I feel HORRIBLE for even having him cross my mind, because I love Wes. I don't want to make a mistake and tell Wes, that I might have feelings for Ryan, because this might be a phase. And if it is a phase, then i'll end up losing Wes. Should I just let it p?
