Something regarding a PSP.?

I've recently bought an album which is legal and I wanted to put the music files into my PSP. But when I ripped it into my music library, they're in WMA format, and the PSP can't play them. So can anyone tell me whether is there a file converter which can convert them to PSP-usable formats? And if possible, tell me what are the formats. Thanks loads.
