There are lot of reactions happening in universe..why hasn;t yet it stabilised itself?

Explosion and chemical reactions occur...why hasn't yet universe stabilised itself after millions of years of big bang aftermath..why do still reactions occur...or indirectly why are we here...?because we are consequence of that reactions...
