What do you think about Charlie Sheen and the suspension of his tv show?

Personally the producers were right to fire him from the show but why they cancelled the whole show is beyond me. The other characters and those who worked on the show are now out of a job all because Charlie Sheen couldn't keep his mouth shut. He needs serious help and I hope he sees the error of his ways. I pity him in a way. The industry he's in can be so destroying with too much drugs and alcohol to hand. He's a grown man though who should've seen what his lifestyle was doing to him.
