Weird chest pains?

on and off ive been getting weird chest pains im a 15 year old female and last night it was really bad i laid there tossing and turning feeling like i was dying and when i exhaled it felt like i couldnt inhale again and my heart was pounding really fast and i felt like my body was empty like there was nothing in me i just felt like i was dying any explinations ? or advice
